| Judith Jackson Marysville WA Judith "dabbled in art" during her college years but truly began exploring her talents when she returned to school for Artand Theater in 1996. While her early art focus had been more formal and traditional she soon fell in love with color and texture. She has always been drawn to abstract art and expressionism, she has now developed her own methods of combining the different media that she has been exploring into unique and personal expressions. Although Judith has now become a collected and well known artist, her approach to her work is still fresh and often experimental. She continues to attend art workshops to further explore new ways to experiment. Of her work Judith says, "I try to step aside and allow each piece to create its own energy and feeling. For me every work that I begin becomes a unique and, oftentimes, a long journey." |
