Bill Woods Bainbridge Island WA Bill Woods trained at the University of Hawaii, Department of Art Photography Lab in both still photography and cinematography. He worked his way through graduate school as a commercial and fine arts photographer in the 1970's. Now, he lives on Bainbridge Island, Washington, and is focused on fine art photography and journalistic portrayals of traditional farmers.
