| Aleksandr Kargopoltsev Arlington WA Aleksandr Kargopoltsev is talented in art history, jewelry and art design and draws and paints from all subjects. He was educated in Russia, in the Art School of Schlein from 1977 to 1978, Art Studio from 1984 to 1987 and Art College from 1986 to 1990. Aleksandr now holds a Master Degree in Art and Jewelry Design. Aleksandr has displayed his artwork in several galleries along the Oregon and Washington coast. These include the Ballantyne and Douglas Gallery of Fine Art in Canon Beach, Oregon, and Marina Gallery, Anabel's Gallery, and Gallery North to name a few in Washington. He actively attends local art shows and festivals as well, including shows in Kenmore, Mill Creek, and Edmonds. He has taught at several centers, and finally opened his own studio in La Conner, Washington, from which he shows his art and instructs art students. |
