UNCLAD 2008 Location
Stanwood, WA is about an hour north of Seattle. The Floyd Norgaard Cultural Center is among Stanwood's oldest buildings....in the early 1900's, it was used as a public hall for community dances and cultural events. In early March 2000, the Stanwood Area Historical Society purchased the building and in 2001, it was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
